You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Divine Match. By signing up, you confirm you are 18 or older, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that your registration information is accurate and current. One account per person. We may verify age and identity and suspend accounts we believe belong to underage users.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@divinematchapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Divine Match is a community of Church of Christ singles seeking godly relationships. Treat every member with kindness, honesty, and Christ-like respect. The following are never acceptable and may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban:

• ✗Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or demeaning language
• ✗Scams or fraud of any kind, including romance scams, requests for money or financial help, and catfishing
• ✗Fake profiles, impersonation, or deliberately misleading profile information or photos
• ✗Sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, or obscene material
• ✗Spam, advertising, commercial solicitation, or promoting outside businesses
• ✗Sharing another member's private information without consent (doxxing)
• ✗Any unlawful activity or content infringing the rights of others
• ✗Attempting to access other members' accounts or to disrupt, hack, or misuse the service

These rules complement our Community Standards on the Policies page.

You keep ownership of the photos, bios, messages, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so other members can see it. You promise your content is yours to share (or you have permission), is truthful, and follows these Terms and our Community Standards. Profile photos must depict you - please do not use misleading, heavily altered, or AI-generated images that misrepresent your appearance.

Divine Match offers optional paid features such as Premium memberships and profile boosts. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices or paid features with reasonable notice.

Your safety matters to us. We review reports and act against misconduct, but we do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee any member's identity or intentions. Use good judgment: meet in public places, tell a trusted friend or family member your plans, and never send money to someone you met online.

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Standards. Banned accounts lose access, including unused paid features, without refund. You may delete your account anytime from settings; deletion removes your profile from the service.

Divine Match is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee you will find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that member information is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Match and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid to Divine Match in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Divine Match principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time, posting the updated version with a new Last updated date and notifying you in the app of material changes. Continuing to use Divine Match after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
